This isn’t a finish line – it’s a starting point.
We’ve been building and deploying agentic AI systems with Claude for a while now. Our engineers don’t experiment with AI from the sidelines – they work at the orchestration layer, designing the workflows, writing the Skills and Rules, and making multi-agent systems actually run in production.
Joining the Claude Partner Network formalizes that direction. We’re now building toward a certified Claude practice – and we’re moving fast.
If your organization is past the “should we use AI” conversation and into “how do we actually ship this” – that’s exactly where we operate.
More to come. Watch this space.

Most teams investing in AI-assisted development are leaving their biggest lever untouched.
The quality of your AI outputs isn’t determined by which model you use. It’s determined by the Skills, Rules, and Claude configuration files that shape how AI behaves inside your workflow – and in most teams, those files are written by whoever had time, treated like wiki pages, and rarely touched by the people with the deepest context.
That’s a problem.
Skills encode how Claude performs specific tasks – including edge cases, pitfalls, and the institutional knowledge that only comes from debugging production at 2 am. Rules define your team’s architectural standards and make them legible to an AI collaborator. Claude configuration files determine whether your AI acts like a generic assistant or a deeply informed team member.
Together, they’re the operating system of your AI-augmented workflow. If they’re wrong, everything built on top of them is wrong – at scale, at speed.
Junior engineers can write Skills that work most of the time. Senior engineers write Skills that handle the cases that matter – because they’ve lived through the failures that reveal what “most of the time” misses.
When these files are treated as low-priority documentation, the cost is invisible but real: inconsistent AI outputs, technical debt that looks correct on the surface, and new engineers who onboard to patterns that don’t reflect your actual standards.
The fix is simple, but it requires a mindset shift.
Treat .md configuration files like production code- version-controlled, reviewed, owned. Senior engineers write the first draft, not the last review. Schedule a quarterly pass the same way you’d schedule dependency updates.
The teams winning with AI aren’t the ones with the best subscriptions. They’re the ones where experienced engineers took the time to encode what they know into the configuration layer.
.md files are small. Their impact is not.
Other AI tools follow similar patterns — some use folders, config files, or proprietary formats instead of .md — but the principle is the same: the structure is only as good as the knowledge baked into it.
What does your team’s process look like for maintaining AI configuration files? We would love to hear what’s working and how Sourcico engineers are doing so.

AI Is Writing the Code. Engineers Are Writing the Rules.
AI Is Writing the Code. Engineers Are Writing the Rules.
27/05/2026
The AI coding wave didn’t flatten the skill pyramid. It clarified it.
Here’s what engineering actually looks like now:
-> Seniors are the gatekeepers and architects – writing Skills and Rules that govern how AI operates across every project, and sending prompts that get AI to design solutions, not just generate code.
-> Juniors move fast – sending prompts to build features on top of the foundation seniors set.
This isn’t AI replacing engineers. It’s AI becoming a core layer of the engineering process – and the engineers who know how to configure, direct, and constrain it are the ones setting the pace.
At Sourcico, our engineers are already mastering this level – writing the Skills and Rules that make AI output trustworthy, consistent, and production-ready from day one.
That’s the difference between using AI and knowing how to build with it.
If that’s the kind of team you want embedded in your product, let’s talk.
We were proud to participate in BSides Prishtina 2026, where our colleagues had the opportunity to share knowledge and connect with the cybersecurity community.
During the event, Weko presented “Randomness: From Your Code to the Fabric of Reality,” exploring the fascinating role of randomness in software and beyond. Together with Bozho, he also delivered the session “A Bouncer Gang in the (Vibe) Coding Party,” discussing the evolving role of AI-assisted development and the importance of maintaining quality, security, and human oversight in modern software engineering.
Events like BSides provide an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, challenging perspectives, and fostering meaningful conversations within the tech community.
Today, we’re celebrating 11 years of growth, partnerships, challenges conquered, and countless lines of code written by an incredible team. To everyone who’s been part of this journey – thank you for helping shape who we are today. Here’s to the milestones behind us and the exciting journey still ahead.
A small glimpse into our 11th anniversary celebration. Thank you for being part of our journey!

The Invisible Gap Between Your Roadmap and Your Capacity
The Invisible Gap Between Your Roadmap and Your Capacity
12/05/2026
Eight months. Same team, same roadmap, same outcome – commitments made on Monday, quietly revised by Friday.
It’s not a performance problem. It’s a structural one: the roadmap was built around what the business needed. The team was built around what was possible to hire. Nobody ever put those two things in the same room.
That gap doesn’t feel like a crisis. It just feels like Tuesday.
Here’s what it looks like: priorities stack instead of replacing. The team is always mid-sprint on three things instead of being finished with one. Leadership asks why delivery is slow. The team asks why the roadmap never shrinks. Neither side is wrong – capacity was just never part of the conversation.
The teams that fix this don’t push harder. They get honest about what the current team can actually deliver, then close the gap deliberately – sometimes by reprioritizing, sometimes by bringing in focused capacity on the parts that keep slipping.
The roadmap doesn’t need to get smaller. The gap just needs to stop being invisible. That’s exactly what Sourcico is here for – when the vision is right, but the capacity isn’t there yet.

Why 86% of AI Projects Fail – and How to Avoid Becoming One
Why 86% of AI Projects Fail – and How to Avoid Becoming One
08/05/2026
86% of AI projects fail.
Don’t let yours join the statistics.
Last year, it was 88% (IDC research, reported by CIO.com).
Companies jump into AI with excitement, but without a clear problem definition, the project collapses before it even becomes a proper POC.
Why does this keep happening? Because most teams treat AI projects like classic software development, when in reality, they behave more like scientific research with business constraints.
The result: endless experimentation, unclear ownership, and models that never reach production.
The proven way to break this cycle is to adopt AI‑specific methodologies.
Wait – methodologies? Yes! There have been enough failures in the past years to extract patterns and formalize what works.
One structured approach is the CPM‑AI methodology, promoted by PMI. It defines clear pillars that guide a POC toward becoming a real end‑user product.
And the team?
A successful setup is a cross‑functional squad: domain expert + data expert + engineering + product — replacing the old siloed “data science teams.”
When AI is built through a structured methodology instead of ad‑hoc experimentation, the failure rate drops and outcomes become measurable, not accidental.
With Sourcico, you get the right squad using the right methodology to bring your AI product to market.
A founder asked us recently: “We’re already using AI to write most of our code. What’s next?”
That’s the right question. And most teams aren’t asking it yet.
The conversation has moved. AI writing code is no longer the differentiator – it’s the baseline. Cursor, Copilot, Claude – engineers are already using these daily. The teams that are pulling ahead aren’t the ones who adopted AI. They’re the ones who figured out how to build around it.
That’s where agentic AI teams come in.
Not as a replacement for your engineering team. As a layer that runs inside it, handling the parts of the workflow that are repeatable, context-dependent, and currently eating your engineers’ time. Code review pipelines that actually understand your codebase. Agents that monitor, flag, and route issues before a human needs to look. Automated workflows that move work between systems without anyone manually bridging the gap.
The hard part isn’t building an agent. It’s integrating it into a real engineering workflow — with real constraints, real legacy systems, and a team that can’t stop to rebuild everything from scratch.
That’s exactly what we do at Sourcico. We don’t hand you a standalone AI tool and wish you luck. We architect and integrate agentic systems directly into how your team already works – so the output is faster delivery, not a new thing to manage.
AI is writing the code. The question now is who’s building the system around it.

When Hiring Timelines Don’t Match Delivery Deadlines
When Hiring Timelines Don’t Match Delivery Deadlines
24/04/2026
A CTO reached out to us in January.
8 weeks to a release. 3 backend roles open for 4 months. The team is already running at capacity.
His plan was to keep interviewing, get the right people in, and then push hard toward the deadline.
We told him that math doesn’t work. Notice periods alone eat 4 weeks. Then the ramp time. By the time a new hire is actually useful on a critical path, you’re not 8 weeks out anymore.
So we put two senior engineers into the team that week. Not as consultants parachuting in with recommendations. Inside the actual codebase, in the actual sprints, on the parts that were at risk of slipping.
The release shipped on time.
The permanent hires landed in April, into a system that was clean, well-documented, and hadn’t accumulated 3 months of pressure debt during their interviews.
Hiring is a long game. Delivery isn’t.
If you’re trying to solve a short-term capacity problem with a long-term hiring process, the timeline is already slipping; you just haven’t felt it yet.
That’s exactly the gap Sourcico exists to close. You keep your energy focused on developing your idea – we keep the engineering moving while you do it.
Team Sourcico proudly participated in Zenska Trka 2026, celebrating determination, teamwork, and a healthy, active lifestyle. Congratulations to all our colleagues who took part and represented our team with energy and enthusiasm – we’re proud of every step you took!
Is hiring becoming the slowest part of delivery?
(Hiring engineers in Europe now takes 6+ months, and it used to be only 2 weeks.)
At this point, it’s no longer just a hiring problem.
It’s a delivery risk.
Across projects, we’re seeing the same pattern:
• Roles stay open for months
• Hiring processes slow down
• Teams stretch beyond capacity
Meanwhile, roadmaps don’t adjust.
What gets delayed:
→ Shipping features into production
→ Building data pipelines
→ Scaling platforms across multiple clients
In complex systems, delays compound. So teams are starting to approach this differently, not by replacing hiring, but by not depending on it as the only path to delivery. They keep ownership in-house, extend capacity with external engineering teams, and move faster without compromising quality.
This is no longer a workaround; it’s becoming part of how delivery is structured. Execution speed is a competitive advantage, and hiring alone can’t always support it.
The shift is simple:
The question is no longer “Who do we need to hire next?” but “What is the fastest way to move forward without any risk?”

From Aspiration to Reality: How Sourcico Transforms Your Product Vision
From Aspiration to Reality: How Sourcico Transforms Your Product Vision
06/06/2023
You aspire to create a stellar product on the internet.
You strive to serve your customers excellently.
You are meant to leave a lasting mark on the history of humankind.
You know what you want!
You can’t do it. It is time to start learning how to make the product, which technologies to pick, and how to apply them. Good, you can be a system architect.
Oh, wait. The staff! Find a great staff to run chosen technologies. They will be capable of being on track with the latest trends. Great, you will start speaking the language of the computer engineers!
How about the reliability of the product? Don’t worry. You can learn about many cloud vendors, their virtual machines, terms like “kubernetes” or “dockers”, and every short term like IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, or any other XaaS. It is a whole new world for you. Also, there is a great benefit of learning continuous development, so you can constantly improve your product. Or a whole new parallel universe.
And yes. The costs! You will have a detailed look at each technology, person, or service figure. That way, you will start digging where you can optimize costs on your resource. You will learn where to stop wasting money and where to boost.
You know what you want!
Yes, you know. You have the talent but not the bandwidth. You aspire to make your product stellar, but you ignore your customers. Time and energy run out before you can make a lasting mark.
With more than hundreds of years of accumulated experience in staff augmentation, Sourcico can help you save time and energy for the development and maintenance of your stellar product on the internet at a low cost.
The combined impact of the nowadays society (lay-offs, slow economy, pandemic, and cost of living crisis) probably adds up to the most challenging economic circumstances we’ve ever experienced.
Despite all the uncertainty, businesses say their priority for the next months is not only balancing the books but achieving growth too.
Here are 3 steps for big success in bringing your business to the next level:
1. Take control of the helm
Your business should be on the internet not only for the visitors and for the customers but also for yourself. That way, you can match requirements with processes. Not just that! You can be adaptive JUST IN TIME with the latest market trends.
Make a web dashboard.
It will give you all the buttons when you want to start, stop, pause, resume, speed up, or slow down any of your business processes just whenever you want.
And stop using the term “website for our business” and start using “Our web platform”! True. It will be a whole new universe of how you run your business. You will have web tools that your customers and you can use together to reach your common goals.
Make a web dashboard with record pace:
– Visualize and develop a platform
– Start on cloud
– Automate changes
2. Be totally content
All data matters. But is that true? According to entropy, too much data is equivalent to no data. Yes, but the cost of storing it is very much different. Collect first. Shape the content later.
Engineer your data:
Proper business data flow is called “data pipe”. From customers to your reports, in a short time, that will give you an exact interpretation of the data and easy-to-decide figures.
…and safe because engineered data means that recognizing anomalies is automated.
The decision based on engineered data will give you the whole time to focus only on the sharper content that you offer to your customers.
Engineer your data:
– Make data pipes (customer-to-decision)
– Automatically recognize data anomalies
– Sharpen the content
3. Collaborative support
Nowadays, customers don’t want the stuff they watch or read; they want it to feel as though they’re talking to their friends. This means they actually respond very similarly to well-made chat profiles. So, customers, instead of calling a support center for small queries, you can provide them with quick answers from your “gpt-like” chat profiles.
Just the chat profiles won’t work with the knowledge from the whole internet but from your platform.
You can personalize chats for each customer and with different contexts.
Transform your platform into AI:
– Train a chat
– Trigger actions
– Keep personalization and context

Remote offshore teams have faced many challenges and opportunities in the wake of the covid-19 pandemic. The global health crisis has accelerated the adoption of remote work and digital collaboration tools but has also exposed the gaps and risks in communication, coordination, and culture. However, remote offshore teams have adapted to the new normal and thrived in the post-covid era.
Did you know that Covid-19 had an unexpected positive influence on businesses? It may sound surprising, but it’s true! The inaugural Sourcicode event happened yesterday at our Skopje office and was a huge success! Renowned experts Weko and Teo led an exciting journey through the world of JavaScript execution environments, event handling, and browser execution.
Attendees gained the tools and knowledge needed to write highly efficient code and optimize the performance of their applications. The session covered the dark secrets of the event loop, digging into v8, and insider tips for writing code that can take applications to the next level.
After the session, everyone had a blast playing 8-ball pool and table football while enjoying beer and pizza. Weko and Teo were also available to chat with attendees in our fun rooms.
For those who missed out, stay tuned for future events. Thank you to everyone who attended and made this event even better!
