We are a first-of-its-kind fintech solution using technology to reimagine Paid Time Off. We provide a solution to the problem of employees not using vacation days. For employees, the company offers the realization of the days of accumulated vacation during their work without having to wait for the date of their retirement/departure from the company by borrowing against their unused Paid Time Off (“PTO”) that is due to them upon termination of employment.

We’re looking for an experienced, talented backend engineer to join the team. The right candidate should be motivated by the incredible opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking solution, creating an immediate impact in people’s lives in a hot, topical space. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented engineer who wishes to take our exciting solution to the next stage as the business grows beyond initial POC’s.

Responsibilities:

• Build the next-gen backend of our product on Node.js, Nest.js, and AWS.

• Work with our system architect and product to set the infrastructure for scale and growth.

• Design and implement the backend system services for both short and long-term needs.

• Enhance and improve the code base on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Mathematics or a related degree (optional).

• 3-6 years of development experience, including a product driven company, preferably in a startup environment (with more than one year in a single company).

• Experienced in writing in TypeScript and Node.js.

• 2+ years of experience with NestJS.

• Experienced in designing and building REST-based APIs.

• Experienced in integrating to third-party systems.

• Experienced in modeling SQL data structures.

• Experienced in working with docker (Kubernetes).

• At least strong theoretical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

• Experienced in writing unit and e2e tests (JEST).

• Knowledge in one or more of the following is an advantage: Plaid, OAuth, firebase (auth), ElasticSearch.

• Ability to work in an agile, dynamic, rapid environment with constantly changing priorities.

• Ability to work independently. A self-starter with a constant hunger to improve, research, and learn.

• Team player with true passion, creativity, and motivation for backend and complex processes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (also at a high level in English).

Our platform helps VARs eliminate manual errors, improve operational efficiency, and boost profitability by connecting sales, pricing, and renewal workflows across complex ecosystems. We are particularly known for our deep expertise in the Cisco Partner ecosystem and its ability to integrate with a wide range of CRM, ERP, and quoting tools.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and external system integrations. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intricacies of the Salesforce platform, including governor limits, asynchronous processing, and scalable architecture. You will be responsible for building high-performance backend logic, external service integrations, and modern front-end experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and advanced asynchronous patterns: Queueable, Batch, and Scheduled Apex.

• Lead development of secure, scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, including:

  • Authentication with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Named Credentials

  • Error handling, retry logic, and response normalization

• Build dynamic and responsive front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Optimize code to adhere to Salesforce governor limits and transaction constraints (heap size, DML/SOQL limits, concurrent async jobs).

• Architect and implement solutions that follow best practices for bulkification, platform scalability, and data integrity.

• Collaborate with solution architects, admins, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical designs.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Apex development with a strong focus on platform constraints and optimization.

• High level of English – Talking and writing.

• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external services/APIs.

• Expert-level understanding of asynchronous processing patterns, including:

  • Queueable and Batch Apex

  • Scheduled Jobs

  • Future Methods (where appropriate)

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, transaction contexts, and best practices toavoid runtime exceptions.

• Advanced development skills with Lightning Web Components (LWC), includingcommunication patterns and Apex integration.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience handling large volumes of data.

• (Nice to have) Experience with event-driven architecture (e.g., Platform Events, CDC).

• (Nice to have) Hands-on knowledge of integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• (Nice to have) Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, or Application Architect.

• Automate deployment, scaling, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure uptime and fast incident response
